5. Payment Terms

- Final payment upon project completion
- Recurring charges for monitoring or maintenance services
Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in service suspension. We accept various payment methods as specified in your service agreement.
6. Service Warranties
TJMT Security Services provides warranties on workmanship and installed equipment as follows:
- Labor warranty: 1 year on all installation work
- Equipment warranty: As specified by manufacturer (typically 1-5 years)
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly for evaluation
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TJMT Security Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or property damage arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Project Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled installation up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds
Deposits are refundable if the project is canceled before work begins, minus any costs already incurred for ordered equipment. Once installation begins, refunds will be calculated based on work completed.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TJMT Security Services LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
